Solvivienda has three companies which collaborate and complement each other:

• Solvivienda Inmobiliaria: focused on real estate solutions for our national market and mainly dealing with the sale or purchase of primary residences.
• Solvivienda International: specialises in international marketing to a diverse client base looking for either residential or holiday property throughout the Spanish Coast.
• Solvivienda Promociones: specialising in planning, sales management and delivery of our own exclusive developments.

An international marketing company with offices in the UK, Spain, Morocco and Turkey. Specialising in the development of strategic relationships with international real estate companies both in Spain and in emerging markets.

By emphasising quality in professional services, SVI’s business model makes it stand out from the rest. Its business concept is the outsourcing of international marketing services to those companies who want to take advantage of the growing international property market but who do not want to make an in-house investment into their own specialist department.
